Prescription Refills
Please call for refills on your prescription medication weekdays in between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to allow us time to process your account. Please have your pharmacy's phone number and the name of your medication available when you call. We do our best to call in authorizations for refills in a timely manner. However, please understand that if your physician is not available at the time of your refill request, it may be a short wait before your refill is approved by him/her and then phones/faxes in to your pharmacy. Be aware that federal law prohibits refills on specific narcotic medications over the telephone. If your refill request is for one of these medications, your physician will hand-write your prescriptions and someone will need to pick this up at our office, which can then be taken to your pharmacy. Consult your physician for more details.
Note: NARCOTICS WILL NOT BE REFILLED AFTER OFFICE HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS.
