Dr. Lee M. Tyne

Dr. Tyne is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with special interests in hand surgery, joint replacement, sports medicine, and children's orthopaedics. A University of Wisconsin Medical School graduate, Dr. Tyne interned at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA, and completed an orthopaedic residency at Michael Reese Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Additional training included a pediatric orthopaedic fellow at Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children and the Mason Hand Fellow at Passovant (Northwestern University) Memorial Hospital, both in Chicago, IL.

Board certified in 1973 by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Tyne has held numerous faculty, staff, and professional appointments, including past President of the Milwaukee Orthopaedic Society, past President of the Waukesha County Medical Society, past Chief of Staff of West Allis Memorial Hospital, past chairman of the Orthopaedic Department at both Elmbrook and West Allis Memorial Hospitals, and past hand consultant to Zablocki Veterans Administration Hospital. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Tyne has staff appointments at West Allis Memorial Hospital, Elmbrook Memorial Hospital, Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, St. Joseph's Hospital-Bluemound, and Memorial Hospital of Oconomowoc.

Dr. Tyne is married and has four daughters.
