My Comeback Story: Michael O.
I had a very fine experience, from the initial consultation, to the procedure, to post-op, and physical therapy. Everyone was professional with a high degree of genuine concern. They instilled confidence in every aspect of this journey. The hip joint had deteriorated to the point where I was about 1 to 1.5 inches shorter on the left side. Dr. Printz replaced my hip and now I am back to the same length on both legs. I was able to walk the easy part of the 1.5 mile, 132 big steps trail at Copper Falls State Park. I plan to walk the entire trail, including those 132 steps in all. In addition to Dr. Printz, I want to give credit to Scott, the primary physical therapist. Early on, he asked if I ever thought I could walk without a cane, walker, etc. I was taken aback by that. However, it created a new goal for me. One that I am well on my way to achieve. Well Done! Thank You to everyone.
